Absolutely SUPERB! From my first enquiry to their request for feedback after I returned the Ned (the 2021 Tesla Model 3 SRSM), William and Michal were highly responsive and super helpful. Everything was easy and super low friction. I would not hesitate in recommending LBF to anyone. LBF is a fantastic travel product and a genuinely brilliant alternative to the usual shysters (we all know who they are) who bombard you with paperwork, add-ons, sneaky charges, long wait times and perpetually grumpy staff.

Firstly I'd like to say how amazing Little bit of Fancy have been. From my initial enquiry with William, who helped and answered all of my questions to meeting us at the airport and throughout our hire period to collecting the car at our departure airport. We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. My youngest required a car seat and the seat supplied was brilliant. It was clean, securely fitted and comfy. Exactly what we needed. We hired the Skoda Kodiaq and what a lovely car. Loads of space in the boot for all of our luggage, comfortable and just a great car to drive. I would highly recommend using Little Bit of Fancy and they honestly do go the extra mile, things like holding our little boys hand to walk to the car, bottles of water ready in the car when we picked it up and getting luggage trolley's for us. Thank you so much, it made our trip so much more enjoyable. 😊

The car was in an immaculate condition and comms for collection and pickup were excellent. Best part of the service was the door delivery and collection of the car especially at our suitable time saved us lots of time and was very convenient.
